Anfield Resources Announces Name Change and Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - December 22, 2017) - Anfield Resources, Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ARY) (OTCQB: ANLDF) (FRANKFURT: 0AD) ("Anfield" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it will be changing its name to "Anfield Energy Inc." ("Anfield Energy"), to better emphasize its energy metals focus. In addition, Anfield will be consolidating its 209,443,580 outstanding common shares on a 10:1 basis. Both actions will take effect as of the market open on December 27, 2017. Following completion, Anfield Energy will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol "AEC".
