Mawson Gold Limited

TSXV listed Mawson Gold has gold and uranium interests in Australia and Sweden.  In Australia it owns a strategic 51% of ASX listed Southern Cross Gold (SXG) that has the Sunday Creek Au/Sb discovery in Victoria, Australia.  Sunday Creek already has 27 individual intersections > 50 - 100 AuEq g/t * m and 24 individual intersections >100 AuEq g/t * m.  Mawson intends to distribute in-specie its holding in SXG to shareholders in mid 2024.

In Sweden Mawson controls all 22.7Mlbs historic Swedish conventional uranium resources which are all expandable.  It also manages the Skellefteå North Gold project that has outcropping gold in a region which has had >7 Moz produced within 22 km of project.  The maiden drilling campaign produced 1.8 m @ 28.4 g/t Au including 0.4 m @ 132 g/t Au from 82 m.
